Arranging patterns

Thanks again to the folks in the Strudel discord for providing a bunch of examples for how you might go about arranging things.

A super complicated example, showing using arrange and when.

I should remember when exists, and is useful for changing certain parameters after some number of times through a tune.

This example uses a combination of when and mask. I like the idea of globally changing a value after a whole bunch of time, as they do at the end of this example.
